Participate in Strategy making and investment decision making of the company, attend fundraising, Act as a project manager in screening, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities through all stages of a transaction, which includes all-round work before and after the closing of a investment project. |

Qualifications: |

Bachelor’s Degree from famous university (major in Science, Finance or Management is prefered) .At least 10 years working experience in investment,finance and business operation, over 5 years experience at important management positions in enterprises or investment-related industries;
Or Master’s Degree or above from famous university (major in Science, Finance or Management, MBA of famous university is prefered) with over 8 years working experience in investment, finance and business operation, over 3 years at important management positions in enterprises or investment-related industries; |

Comprehensive knowledge of overall operation and management of enterprise, Strong analytical capabilities and good judgment on enterprise management issues; |

· |
Outstanding financial knowledge and skills, preferably with CFA or equivalent qualifications; |

· |
Good command of English, including listening, writing, reading, speaking and translating, preferably with overseas learning or working experience; |

|
Strong abilities in learning & innovation, communication, teamwork, problem analysis and resolution, judgement and decision-making, project management and relation influence. |

· |
Under the guidance of project manager, participate in all-round work of investment projects during the through process from pre-screening to exit, including : |

Identify, screen and track investment opportunies |
| |
· |
Market and industry research |
| |
· |
Financial modeling, valuation and return analysis |
| |
· |
Due diligence |
| |
· |
Preparation of investment proposals and transaction documentation |

· |
Monitor existing investment portfolio |
| |
Qualifications: |
| |
· |
Bachelor’s Degree or above of well-known university, majored in Science, Finance, or Management. |

· |
Over 2 years of working experience in finance or business operation, or 1 year working experience in famous investment bank; |
| |
· |
Basic knowledge of business operation and management; |
| |
· |
Outstanding financial knowledge and skills; |
| |
· |
