Mr. Liu Chuanzhi
Chairman

Mr. Liu is president of Legend Holdings Ltd., non-executive director of Lenovo Group, and chairman of Raycom Real Estate Co. and Hony Capital. Mr. Liu is a member oF the investment committees of both Legend Capital and Hony Capital.

Mr. Liu is one of the original founders of Lenovo Group, China’s leading PC manufacturers.? Mr. Liu founded Lenovo in 1984, together with 10 likeminded scientists and just RMB200,000 (less than 25,000 US dollars then) in seed capital from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).

Mr. Liu is also vice chairman of the China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a delegate to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and a deputy to the 9th and 10th National People’s Congress.

Mr. Liu is the recipient of numerous national and international business awards including “National Model Worker”, “Man of Reform in China”, “Asian Businessman”, and the “Global 25 Most Influential Business Leaders.”

Mr. Liu graduated from Xidian University (formerly Xi’an Military Institute of Telecommunications and Engineering). He is a senior engineer.

Mr. Zhu Linan
Director

Mr. Zhu Linan is founder and CEO of Legend Capital. He is responsible for the overall strategy of Legend Capital and its execution. He is a member on the Investment Committee and sits on the board of directors of portfolio companies. He also serves as executive vice president of Legend Holdings and as non-executive director of Lenovo Group.

Mr. Zhu has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including 4 years of IT entrepreneurship experience. Prior to Legend Capital Mr. Zhu worked with Legend Group, the predecessor of Lenovo Group, since 1989. He set up and served as general manager of Shenzhen Legend Computer Ltd. – the company's first production base.

In 1993 Mr. Zhu left Legend Group to start his own business, which was engaged in IT product sales and system integrations and provided IT products and software development services to electric power companies.

Mr. John H. Zhao
CEO

Mr. John Zhao is the founder, CEO and managing director of Hony Capital. Mr. Zhao sets the vision and strategy for Hony Capital, and leads the senior management team in the execution of Hony’s investment programs. Mr. Zhao plays an active personal role in each of Hony’s portfolio companies, working directly with the CEOs to formulate expansion strategy, realign their businesses, and conduct international and domestic M&A.

Prior to launching Hony Capital Mr. Zhao held numerous CEO and chairman roles. He was CEO of eGarden Ventures, CEO of technology company Infolio Inc., Chairman and CEO of Vadem Ltd. and general manager of U.S. Robotics.? Mr. Zhao continues to serve as vice president of Hony’s sponsor firm, Legend Holdings, one of China’s best known companies and the parent of Lenovo, acquirer of the IBM personal computer business. Mr. Zhao also continues to hold director and chairman roles in several Hony portfolio companies.
