Under the guidance of the managing director and project manager, participate in all-round work of investment projects during the thorough process from pre-screening to exit. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
 ● Conduct and oversee commercial, legal, financial and other due diligence as required
 ● Screen proposed deals through assembly and analysis of related data
 ● Production of investment memorandum including financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
 ● Financial analysis and modeling for periodic report
 ● Monitor market data of the existing portfolio investments
 ● To assist the Project Manager in preparing research and presentation materials
 ● Handling Ad hoc project
 

 ● Bachelor’s Degree or above. Major in Science, Finance or Management is preferred
 ● 2 years working experience in investment, finance, consulting or business operation
 ● Comprehensive knowledge of operation and management of enterprise
 ● Outstanding financial knowledge and skills, preferably with CFA or equivalent qualifications
 ● Good command of English, including listening, writing, reading, speaking and translating, preferably with overseas learning or working experience
 ● Strong abilities in learning & innovation, communication, teamwork, problem analysis and resolution, judgement and decision-making, project management and relation influence
